We are a uniquely,
non-judgmental people called by God to reach out to unchurched persons and facilitate growth in one another into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
Our purpose is threefold:

We will do whatever it takes to
accomplish our mission. We have chosen to affiliate
with the Philadelphia Baptist Association and the American Baptist
Churches, USA. We also are related to the Willow Creek Association and
CUGM (Churches United in Global Ministry).
We are a congregation which is
deeply rooted in the teachings of Jesus, the Christ, as found in the
Holy Scriptures. We follow Jesus wherever he leads, without regard to
how other Christians percieve Christianity.
- We are faithful, but not religious
- We are followers of Christ, not followers of American civil religion
- We are radical in our faith and Biblical interpretation, neither liberal nor conservative.
- The Bible is the basis for our belief in God, but we are not traditional.
- We are sinners saved by grace, not judges sitting in judgement of the sin of others.
- We love others, not just some.
- We are welcoming and affirming - Not judgemental and denying.
- We believe in a ministry of the called -- men and women, not just one gender.
